The Role of Technology Support Services
|
| Technology Support Services acts as a single point of contact for the provision of: Logging, tracking and resolution of technical issues and questions relating to Compuware products. The co-ordination of license key management and SEK changes relating to Compuware products. |

All customer calls and follow-ups are logged in the System. Calls can be serviced most effectively if you provide the following information when calling or faxing:

- Company name
- Person's name
- Phone number
- Fax number
- Customer number
- Email address
- Product name and version number
- Concise description of the problem
- Error messages

| E-Mail
A dedicated email address is provided for sending diagnostic information for open issues and existing calls, or logging new calls. All the calls mailed to the Helpdesk are automatically logged in our system.
